Tool Lawn Property Maintenance and Referral Service is based in Los Angeles. Our owners are tradesmen in landscaping and carpentry for over 43 years. They own and maintain multi family buildings here in Los Angeles and Sacramento and have begun soliciting other management companies in multiple areas. We are looking for vendors to work with us in areas where we don’t have boots on the ground. Would you be willing to work with us?

Our Expectations

To work with us, we have the following operational expectations:

We ask that all business e.g.: pricing, scope of work must only be discussed, conducted with Tool Lawn, and no other persons connected to the job.
You will be contacted to access your vendor’s portal on Tool Lawn APP to obtain tenant’s name, address, contact information and the scope of work.
Contact tenant within an hour of arrival.
Taking scope of work BEFORE, DURING and AFTER photos and/or videos are required for payment processing.
Must contact Field supervisor and/or office admin with all unforeseen repairs concerns before starting unforeseen work.
Payment: photos and/or videos along with your invoice must be uploaded @efefeffefef uiun runei ueiiwfn. Once received we pay immediately by Payment Preference.
