Tool Lawn Property Maintenance and Referral Service is based in Los Angeles. Our owners are tradesmen in landscaping and carpentry for over 35 years. They own and maintain multi family buildings here in Los Angeles and Sacramento and have begun soliciting other management companies in multiple areas. We are looking for vendors to work with us in areas where we don’t have boots on the ground. Would you be willing to work with us?

Our Expectations
To work with us, we have the following operational expectations:
- We need you to inform Tool Lawn’s Field Supervisor or Representative of the time of arrival at the job.
- The full scope of work before and after photos are to be taken and sent with the invoice before payment.
- Any business, scope of work, or monetary information shall be discussed ONLY with Tool Lawn’s Field Supervisor or Representative.
- We make all payments by the following methods:
- Zelle
- Mailed Check
- Online Credit Card Payment
